Congratulations and Happy Anniversary to Olivia!

We are celebrating Olivia’s SIXTH year working with Renaissance. In her employment with us, she has shown exemplary commitment, professionalism, and friendliness.

Thank you, Olivia, we appreciate all that you do!

We know that she is a joy to work with but we wanted to find out a little bit more, so we asked a few questions when we surprised her at her office:

Where are you from? I grew up in Oakland California, then moved from Oakland to Los Angeles and Los Angeles to Phoenix over the years.
What was your very first job? My very first job as a teenager was working in Oakland at the McFarland Candy Company selling sweet goodies.
What are your hobbies outside of work? Hiking, swimming, travel, and I especially like to call myself a Chef!! And of course watching Soccer.
What is your favorite thing about your current position? Learning a profession I had never thought I would be in and, when appropriate, I am allowed my autonomy.
How would you describe your experience with Renaissance? Great covers it! Renaissance is so committed to their employees.
