Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflows, maintain accurate inventory, manage company equipment and fleet vehicles, and lead a team to meet operational goals. This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to leverage technology to optimize warehouse performance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, staging, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure strong team performance and a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting of stock levels.
- Maintain oversight of fleet management, including vehicle scheduling, inspections, preventative maintenance, and coordination of repairs.
- Oversee equipment inventory control, ensuring all tools, machinery, and materials are tracked, well-maintained, and accounted for.
- Ensure proper use, care, and operational safety of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Utilize technology—including SnapTracker (preferred) and other digital tools—for inventory tracking, documentation, communication, and process management.
- Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency, organization, and accuracy across all warehouse activities.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support timely delivery of products, materials, and project needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of warehouse logistics, shipping/receiving processes, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
- Experience with fleet operations, equipment tracking, or asset management is highly preferred.
- Ability to use computers and technology comfortably, including inventory software, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
- Experience with SnapTracker is a plus but not required.
- Proven ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team.
- Working knowledge of OSHA guidelines and a commitment to a safe workplace.
- Forklift experience required; certification preferred (or can be completed through company-provided training).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective process improvements.
Salary
$70-80,000
