TIG Welder – Stainless Fabrication
Location: Tempe, Arizona
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Hourly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

A growing fabrication team in Tempe is seeking an experienced TIG Welder with strong stainless-steel and fabrication experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building custom products, takes pride in precision work, and values a collaborative, safety-focused shop environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel components

• Fabricate custom equipment used in commercial kitchen environments

• Work from drawings and specifications to build tables, racks, cabinetry, wall flashing, curbs, rails, and related custom pieces

• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components with accuracy

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven TIG welding experience, particularly with stainless steel

• Experience in a fabrication shop (not just production welding)

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Safety-minded and dependable

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• $24-30/hr, non-exempt position (pay based on experience)
