Temporary HR Coordinator (Part-Time, Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (30 hrs/week)
Start: Approx. January 19 | Temporary – medical leave coverage
We’re hiring a Temporary HR Coordinator to provide front-line HR administrative support. This role is highly employee-facing and ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills. HR experience is important, but a friendly, service-oriented mindset is critical.
Must-haves:

Workday experience (required)

At least 5 years of HR support or generalist experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Reliable, approachable, and comfortable escalating issues when needed

Able to work onsite 5 days per week
What you’ll do:

Enter employee changes in Workday

Open requisitions and partner with the Recruiting team

Support new hire orientations and send new hire kits

Run basic HR reports (anniversaries, lists)

Assist with employee events and recognition programs

Support day-to-day HR administrative needs for onsite and remote employees

$28-32/hr DOE
