Location: Tempe, AZ (Corporate Headquarters) – Hybrid Schedule
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote Monday and Friday.
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 annualized. This is an open-ended assignment with potential for conversion to direct employment in the future.
About the Role
A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Recruiter to join their corporate Talent Acquisition team at their Tempe, AZ headquarters. This is a key role supporting active hiring ramps across the company’s manufacturing sites nationwide. All sites are currently adding headcount, and this role will be instrumental in keeping pace with that growth. Open requisitions are paired with high volume applicant flows.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for open requisitions entered into the system by hiring leaders across manufacturing sites nationwide
- Post open roles to relevant job advertising platforms and manage postings across the requisition load
- Source, harvest, and screen inbound applicants
- Conduct initial phone screens and pass qualified candidates along to hiring managers for next steps
- Manage a concurrent requisition load of approximately 35 to 100 open roles
- Recruit primarily for repeatable, high-volume manufacturing and operations roles such as Quality Inspectors, Finishers, and PCB Assemblers
- Keep pace with a fast-moving, high-growth hiring environment as multiple sites ramp up simultaneously
What We’re Looking For
- Experience recruiting within a manufacturing environment, or a comparably structured environment with repeatable, high-volume role types
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large, active requisition load (35+ concurrent reqs) without sacrificing candidate quality or speed
- Comfort with production and operations-level roles (quality, assembly, finishing, etc.) rather than exclusively specialized or one-off searches
- Strong organizational skills, ATS proficiency, and ability to prioritize across dozens of open roles at once
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid schedule while staying aligned with in-office collaboration days
