Scottsdale real estate development firm is seeking a Receptionist – Administrative Assistant –  to coordinate all front office responsibilities and provide administrative support to the executive team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct calls
  • Receive deliveries and mail
  • Schedule courier service and FedEx
  • Arrange for IT support
  • Maintain schedule for conference rooms and reset for meetings
  • Create and distribute email, reports, and information packets
  • Coordinate meetings and provided administrative support for executive team
  • Update project records and tracking reports
  • Attend and take notes during meetings
  • Maintain and order office and breakrooms supplies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced and changing business environment
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Will also use PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS, One Note and OneDrive.

Salary $60K
Scottsdale, AZ
