Scottsdale real estate development firm is seeking a Receptionist – Administrative Assistant – to coordinate all front office responsibilities and provide administrative support to the executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls
- Receive deliveries and mail
- Schedule courier service and FedEx
- Arrange for IT support
- Maintain schedule for conference rooms and reset for meetings
- Create and distribute email, reports, and information packets
- Coordinate meetings and provided administrative support for executive team
- Update project records and tracking reports
- Attend and take notes during meetings
- Maintain and order office and breakrooms supplies
Required Skills and Abilities:

- Commitment to establishing and building client, customer and partner relationships

- Initiative and ability to problem solve
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced and changing business environment
- Proficiency in Word and Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Will also use PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMS, One Note and OneDrive.
