Project Manager – Residential Construction – Custom Homebuilder

Join well-established custom homebuilder known for high quality work and a tight knit, fast paced team, as a Project Manager to expand their team.
What you'll do:
• Manage the workflow of active residential construction projects from start to finish
• Support the bid process, including entering sub bids and reviewing plans
• Handle data entry for monthly draw requests and pay applications
• Coordinate vendors and subs, from interior designers to trade partners
• Track daily logs and change orders
• Meet with superintendents in the office as projects move through each stage (site visits are typically weekly or less)
What we're looking for:
• Supremely organized with strong follow through
• Able to multitask and take charge of moving pieces
• Comfortable reading blueprints and plans, with some exposure to take offs
• Background in construction, project coordination, or a related support role
• More important than your job title history is your ability to run a workflow and keep a project on track
