Project Coordinator – Residential Construction – Custom Homebuilder

Join a well-established custom homebuilder known for high quality work and a tight knit, fast paced team, as a Project Coordinator to work alongside their current Project Manager. This is a newly added seat on the team, with room to grow into a PM role over time.
What you'll do:
- Support the day-to-day workflow of active residential construction projects
- Help with the bid process, including entering sub bids
- Handle data entry for monthly draw requests and pay applications
- Coordinate with vendors and subs, from interior designers to trade partners
- Track daily logs and change order updates
- Support meetings with superintendents as they come into the office through each project stage
What we're looking for:
- Supremely organized and able to multitask
- Some exposure to reading blueprints or plans is a plus, take off experience is a bonus
- A background in construction support, project coordination, or a related field is helpful but not required
- More important than your resume is your ability to stay on top of details and keep things moving

Compensation:
