HRIS Analyst (UKG)
Construction Industry | Multi-State Workforce
A growing construction company is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to own and optimize its HR systems environment, with a strong emphasis on UKG configuration, data analysis, and system transition support. This role will serve as the internal HRIS subject-matter expert, partnering closely with HR, payroll, finance, and operations as the organization transitions from Sage to UKG.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary HRIS lead for UKG during and after the transition from Sage

Configure and maintain UKG modules, workflows, business rules, security roles, and approval paths

Lead data validation, migration support, audits, and reconciliation during system conversion

Develop, run, and analyze HR, payroll, and compliance reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries

Partner with HR and payroll to ensure system configuration supports multi-state compliance and construction workforce needs

Troubleshoot system issues, investigate data discrepancies, and recommend solutions

Create documentation, SOPs, and user guides; provide targeted training to HR and internal stakeholders

Act as liaison with UKG support and external vendors as needed

Support ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in an HRIS Analyst, HR Systems, or HR Technology role

Strong hands-on experience with UKG (configuration, reporting, and data management required)

Experience supporting or navigating a system transition a plus

Advanced reporting and data analysis skills; comfort working with large datasets

Multi-state payroll and HR systems exposure

Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, or distributed workforces strongly preferred

Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven with strong stakeholder communication skills

Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with HR, payroll, and operations

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $65,000–$90,000 DOE, plus bonus
