Job Title: Hospitality Manager – Restaurant & Events Operations
Location: Mesa/Tempe
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Hospitality Manager to lead front-of-house operations across both our restaurant and event spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role within a large, high-energy entertainment and sports venue that delivers exceptional food and beverage experiences to both restaurant guests and event attendees.

Schedule Expectations
Primarily afternoon to closing shifts
Weekdays: ~2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Fridays & Saturdays: ~2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
Some mid-day shifts may be required, but closing availability (especially weekends) is essential
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all front-of-house operations across multiple dining and event spaces
- Maintain a strong floor presence, actively engaging with guests and supporting service teams
- Oversee both restaurant service and food & beverage event execution
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, including food presentations and team training
- Train, coach, and develop staff using established SOPs and structured training materials
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service aligned with our standards
- Coordinate service operations delivered from two kitchens, multiple event rooms, and dual restaurant service areas
- Collaborate closely with a cohesive management team to maintain a positive and productive culture
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in full-service, upscale, or fine dining environments (non–fast food background required)
- Strong background in restaurant operations combined with event or banquet management
- Experience in hotel events or large-scale venues is highly preferred
- A natural ability to connect with guests and lead teams with energy and professionalism
- Hands-on leadership style—comfortable being on the floor and in the action
