Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a growing pharmaceutical company with a national presence and field sales force. This is a critical, hands-on role in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where attention to detail and strong follow-through are essential.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on responsibility, enjoys wearing many hats, and can operate independently while keeping leadership aligned and informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare detailed expense reports
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and field sales representatives, gathering information and scheduling meetings
- Organize and track key projects and priorities to ensure timely execution
- Plan and coordinate board meetings, including logistics and materials
- Assist with planning and execution of the annual national sales meeting and investor meetings
- Prepare, edit, and format presentations and documents, including PowerPoint decks
- Support reporting needs in a highly regulated industry environment requiring accuracy and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting senior leadership, ideally at the executive level
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint (solid working knowledge required; advanced expertise not necessary)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal teams and field staff
- Self-sufficient, independent, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a “go-getter” mindset
- Willingness to work onsite consistently, especially as the CEO travels frequently

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 + bonus opportunity + stock options + Full Benefits Offerings
