Commercial Property Manager
Location: Downtown Phoenix, Arizona
Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 DOE + Full Benefits
Work Arrangement: Full-Time, On-Site

We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office, industrial, and medical properties in the Phoenix market. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing Assistant Property Manager who is ready to step into a Property Manager role and take ownership of day-to-day operations while building long-term relationships with tenants, vendors, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, delivering prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented customer service.
- Build strong relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to tenant requests, concerns, and maintenance issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure assets are well maintained and operating efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and contractors, including bidding, contract administration, and performance oversight.
- Monitor operating budgets and control expenses in alignment with ownership objectives.
- Assist accounting team with annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, expense forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with ownership, financial partners, and internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate reporting.
- Support capital improvement and construction projects, including invoice review and approval.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, lease requirements, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial property management experience, including Assistant Property Manager experience with readiness to step into a Property Manager role.
- Experience managing office, industrial, or medical office properties preferred.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi and Kardin is a plus.
- Arizona Real Estate License is a plus.
- CPM or RPA designation, or progress toward either, is highly desirable.
