Seeking qualified candidate for a Sales Development Representative role. This role is primarily business to business sales to set appointments for outside sales representatives with Phoenix area businesses. Will also assist with social media and email campaigns in support of business development efforts. Will work on site in West Phoenix office location. Ideal location for residents in Glendale, Avondale, Tolleson, and West Phoenix.

Make outbound calls to sales prospects to introduce commercial business products and services and set appointments for the sales team. Estimated daily output of 80 calls to introduce products and services. Follow up emails.

Assist with RFP responses – maintain communication via email and compile documentation in support of proposals
- Coordinate social media campaigns and post to social media sites in support of corporate brand.
Ideal candidate is high-energy, self-motivated, and extremely comfortable on the phone. We are seeking prior experience in inside sales or outbound phone sales.
This is a commission driven role with all in earnings potential at $100K. in first year and potential to grow beyond once personal sales prospecting cycle is established.
