Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish Required)
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and Bilingual (Spanish-English) Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming and organized front office. This is an employee development and training facility serving both newly hired and long term employees with a major Valley employer. As such it is an extended arm of the Human Resources Learning and Development department.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all in a positive and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Keep the reception and common areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist the HR team with program support
- Monitor and manage inventory of office and breakroom supplies
- Help with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, and speak fluently)
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor and commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
