Administrative Assistant (Temporary – 3 Months)
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $24–$30 per hour
Assignment Duration: Now through May
Schedule: M-F 8am-4pm
Are you highly organized, professional, and comfortable supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced academic environment? We’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support to the Deans and senior leadership team at a Nursing College in Las Vegas.
This is a three-month temporary assignment ending in May and is ideal for someone who enjoys juggling priorities, communicating with a variety of stakeholders, and supporting the daily operations of higher education leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to Deans and senior leadership
- Manage calendars, correspondence, documents, and reports
- Work in SharePoint, CRM, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Make outbound calls to prospective students in response to inquiries
- Make outbound calls to prospective faculty members as needed
- Assist with data entry, record management, and document organization
- Coordinate meetings and support leadership initiatives and projects
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role
- Proficiency in SharePoint, CRM platforms, and MS Office applications including Excel
- Professional phone presence and comfortable making outbound calls
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in higher education or healthcare education is a plus
