Account Manager – Foodservice Equipment (Remote | MST/PST)

We’re partnering with a respected and growing company in the foodservice equipment industry seeking an experienced Account Manager to support and strengthen key client relationships across the Western U.S. This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.
In this role, you will manage key client relationships after the sale, serving as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams. Your focus will be on execution, communication, and long-term partnership success—not new business development.
What you’ll do:

Manage and nurture key client accounts post-sale

Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, Project Coordinators, and Purchasing

Ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with client expectations

Support forward planning and ongoing client needs

Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention

Partner with company leadership to deliver exceptional service
What we’re looking for:

3+ years of account management experience within a foodservice equipment supplier environment (required)

Strong understanding of foodservice equipment projects and workflows

Excellent relationship management and communication skills

Collaborative mindset with a team-first approach

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Compensation & benefits:

Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000
