Account Executive (Fully Remote – Arizona Residents Only)
Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000 + bonus & incentives, full benefits
A growing, collaborative team in the restaurant development and foodservice equipment space is seeking a relationship-driven Account Executive to manage and expand key client accounts while driving new business. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in Arizona.
What You’ll Do

Manage and grow existing client relationships through proactive outreach and strategic follow-up

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with restaurant groups, developers, contractors, and design teams

Generate leads, conduct presentations, and move opportunities through the sales pipeline

Collaborate with internal estimating, design, and project teams throughout the sales cycle

Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and forecasting

Support contract negotiations and deliver a high-touch client experience
What We’re Looking For

Proven success in B2B sales or business development in foodservice or hospitality construction required

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities independently in a remote environment

Experience in foodservice equipment, restaurant development, or construction-related sales preferred

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft/Google tools

Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
Work arrangement: Remote, Arizona residents only (must be able to travel for meetings)
