Human Resources Generalist – Bilingual in Spanish
We are searching for someone with hands-on experience managing employee relations, onboarding for new employees, benefits and leave administration, labor relations and compliance. Create and administer programs for employee engagement and employee development to achieve employee retention.
Responsibilities include:
- Employee Relations – provide active support of employees to ensure positive work culture and environment
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Employee Onboarding. Ensure timely notification of eligibility for employee benefits and enrollment.
- Benefits Administration – provide comprehensive support to new hires and existing employees through orientation to benefits programs, open enrollment, and new hire enrollment in benefits programs
- Liaison to benefits providers. Audit benefits costs to accurately reflect employee participation.
- Resolve benefits inquiries on behalf of employees.
- Administer PTO, sick leave, FMLA and other programs.
- Manage HRIS system and update employee records..
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience working with largely nonexempt workforce
- Experienced in administration of safety programs
On-site position
Salary $85-95,000 DOE
