The difference between temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire employees?
Renaissance Personnel Group provides the flexibility to accommodate the shift in staffing levels that your business requires. When you hire a direct employee through us, they are employed by your company from day one.

If you choose the Direct Hire method of employment, we charge a one-time fee based on a percentage of the hiring salary. We stand by our work and offer a guarantee period so our clients can feel confident knowing they can switch gears should things not work out as expected. When you hire a temporary employee through us, the employee is employed by Renaissance while completing work for your company. Renaissance takes on the burden of employment regarding payroll, insurance, workers compensation, etc. Renaissance has a pipeline of skilled individuals with diverse occupations and industry backgrounds who are open to filling short-term needs at your company.

Fill short-term needs with supplemental staff with no long-term obligation.
Temporary employees can always be hired directly if you find a long-term match with your company.
If you choose to hire a temporary employee, you are billed at a rate that includes the employee’s hourly pay rate. and a fee for Renaissance’s cost of employment. All fees paid during the temporary employee’s assignment can be credited towards the placement fee should you decide to hire the temporary employee. The amount credited for a temporary employee will not fully meet the amount of the placement fee for hiring.

How does the process work?
We craft a unique plan of attack for each job we take on. We understand that every hiring need is unique and requires specific recruiting methods and knowledge and dictates different approaches. Our team of recruiting professionals can help with every stage of the hiring process – sourcing candidates based on job qualifications and industry experience, assessing candidates through interviews and formalized behavioral and technical skill assessments, negotiating terms of the offer of employment, conducting criminal background investigations and drug screens, and follow up during the initial period of employment.
