Online Sales Consultant
Scottsdale, AZ (Remote) | Full-Time
As the first point of contact for new home shoppers nationwide, the Online Sales Consultant responds immediately to inquiries via phone, email, and text. This person is responsible for building relationships to convert prospects though scheduled appointments.
The ideal candidate is a strong multi-tasker and tech-comfortable, with experience in Outlook and lead management software (Salesforce preferred). Responsibilities include managing a high-volume lead bank with consistent follow-up across calls, texts, and emails (50–100 outbound calls/day). The ideal candidate will have prior Inside Sales or Business Development experience is a plus.
The team operates 7 days a week, so this role requires full-time availability including a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday). This is a remote position with occasional in-office meetings in Scottsdale, AZ.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all leads via phone, email, and text
- Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and home requirements
- Follow up consistently to schedule and confirm appointments for Community Representatives, rescheduling no-shows as needed
- Log all customer communication in Salesforce
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude in every interaction
Qualifications/Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Residential real estate background strongly preferred
- 3–5 years in Internet-based sales or Business Development
- Customer-focused with strong follow-up on a large lead pipeline
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable managing priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive, collaborative attitude
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and lead management software (Salesforce preferred)
- Arizona real estate license required
- California real estate license a plus, or willingness to obtain one
- Weekend availability required (rotating Saturday/Sunday schedule)
45K base salary, plus commissions and annual bonus.
OTE between 70-95K.
