Job Description:
We are seeking two professional, outgoing individuals to serve as Event Brand Ambassadors for an upcoming conference hosted at a premier beachfront resort conference center in Hollywood, Florida. In this role, you will represent an established investment firm at a trade show booth, engaging with attendees and helping create a positive and informative experience in a dynamic, upscale setting.
Responsibilities:
• Represent the company professionally at the conference booth
• Engage with attendees and initiate conversations
• Provide basic information about the investment firm’s services
• Direct interested individuals to appropriate resources or team members
• Maintain a welcoming and organized booth presence throughout the event
Schedule:
• Day 1 (April 9): 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Day 2 (April 10): 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Day 3 (April 11): 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people
• Reliable and punctual
• Prior experience in events, promotions, customer service, or sales is a plus
Compensation:
• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
