We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing corporate recruiting team in North Phoenix. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume recruiting, building relationships, and being part of a collaborative HR function—with the potential to convert to a permanent role.
Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities

Manage high-volume, pipeline recruiting across multiple open requisitions

Source candidates through job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system

Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

Assist with offer letter preparation and onboarding coordination

Partner with internal stakeholders to support ongoing hiring needs
Qualifications

1+ year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience

Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Knowledge of employment laws is a plus
