North Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 2 days WFH after training)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing corporate recruiting team in North Phoenix. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume recruiting, building relationships, and being part of a collaborative HR function—with the potential to convert to a permanent role.

Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, pipeline recruiting across multiple open requisitions

• Source candidates through job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Assist with offer letter preparation and onboarding coordination

• Partner with internal stakeholders to support ongoing hiring needs

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience

• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• Knowledge of employment laws is a plus
