Interior Designer
Interior Designer needed for luxury design firm with offices in Scottsdale. The Senior Interior Designer must have experience working with luxury homes during construction and with full home furnishings design. This company has a long history of excellence designing luxury homes in the Valley.
The ideal candidate enjoys an autonomous work environment running full-scope projects with help from a support team. This role will focus solely on the design side and have full creative freedom. Business development activities and billing / invoicing will be handled by other departments. Must have a multi-faceted design style and be capable of creating a variety of styles.
Responsibilities:
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects in various design stages
- Complete project from the conceptual design phase through furniture installation
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings and supporting documents
- Prepare furniture proposals
- Conduct client presentations
- Ensure a seamless design is delivered to meet client expectations within the set scope of work, budget, and timeline
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in Interior Design
- Bachelor's Degree a plus
- NCIDQ designation or desire to pursue a plus
- Experience working with ultra-high-end / luxury builds and furnishings required
- Experience working in AutoCAD & Sketch Up required
- Must be able to present a portfolio of work and list of vendor references
$65,000 -80,000 DOE
