Administrative Assistant – Distribution Center

We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support warehouse operations, serve as a key point of contact for customers and vendors, and keep essential workflows running smoothly.
What You’ll Do

Welcome visitors and provide front-line customer service

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (LTL & small parcel)

Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone, email, and in person

Process invoices, track receipts, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks

Maintain filing systems, records, and office/warehouse supplies

Schedule meetings, manage will-call pickups, and respond to information requests
What You Bring

Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with all levels of personnel

Proficiency with Word/Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic accounting software (QuickBooks or Xero)

Ability to manage data entry, scheduling tools (Asana, Outlook, Trello), and workflow systems

High attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Comfort working in an active warehouse environment with occasional physical tasks
