The company is a locally operated commercial property management office responsible for overseeing two million square feet of commercial office and industrial properties in the Phoenix and Southern California. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations for one of our Property Managers and the tenants they serve.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for tenant calls, vendor communications, and maintenance requests.
- Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including:
- Collecting and processing rent from approximately 200 tenants each month.
- Managing the accounting inbox to track and audit bills and payments.
- Coding invoices and coordinating the mailing of checks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Preferred: Prior experience in commercial property management in a similar administrative support role.
- Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- While prior property management experience is ideal, we’re open to candidates with strong administrative backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow.
Location: Washington/Priest Area (Tempe/Phoenix Border)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible start/end times between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM)
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and flexible workplace culture
