Human Resources Business Manager (Bilingual strongly preferred) – Manufacturing Facility

Are you a hands-on HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments? We’re seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy and operations at a production site with employees working two shifts. This is a highly visible, on-site role where you’ll directly impact workforce culture, retention, and operational success.

About the Role:
This position manages all aspects of HR for the site and reports into the corporate Human Resources department for a global organization. You’ll lead a team of two and work closely with plant leadership and corporate HR to oversee:

Employee relations and workplace investigations
Talent acquisition for hard-to-fill roles
Retention strategies and engagement programs
Compliance with labor laws and safety practices
Process improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery

What You Bring:

5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
Preference will be given to bilingual (Spanish) candidates
Proven success managing employee relations, high-turnover staffing, and HR operations for hourly populations
Experience partnering with culturally diverse and multilingual teams
A passion for improving workplace culture and elevating employee engagement

Ideal Background:
We’re especially interested in candidates who’ve worked in operations similar to food production, light industrial manufacturing or high-volume retailers—you understand the urgency, complexity, and people-driven nature of these environments.

12% Annual Bonus, plus additional compensation components
