Construction Manager
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for construction, team development, and driving operational success? A growing general contractor specializing in mission-critical infrastructure is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee its construction department, lead a high-performing team, and influence the growth of its construction systems.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team consisting of a Superintendent and Project Administrator.
- Oversee and manage multiple small-scale installation projects.
- Support pre-sales efforts, conduct job walks, and provide technical expertise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and construction codes.
- Drive efficiency by managing resources, improving processes, and maintaining quality control.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in project management in commercial construction, ideally with expertise in electrical, emergency power distribution, or mission-critical environments.
- Experience managing construction teams and projects in commercial settings.
- Strong leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in construction project management software.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel (when needed) and work flexible hours as needed.
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 + Quarterly Bonus
