Hiring an entry-level Proposal Specialist to join a great team in North Scottsdale. This position will support the client sales process for a fast-paced sales agent in one of the leading insurance companies in Scottsdale. Responsibilities include assisting with the client RFP process, client reporting, pricing, market analysis and special projects to assist the underwriting team as needed. This position is a unique blend of analytical duties and customer interface.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate responses to RFPs and prepare proposals for new business, including data review, pricing analysis, network analysis, and submission to appropriate parties.
• Manage the client renewal process by reviewing data and submitting RFPs to appropriate carriers.
• Prepare and maintain quote spreadsheets and historical client information for business analysis.
• Communicate with Broker Clients, Third-Party Administrators, and Carriers.
• Review Applications, Policies, and Schedule of Benefits for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to sold case terms.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• A background or education in finance, data analytics or accounting would be helpful, but not required
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Must be customer service-oriented
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with various staff members.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with internal and external parties.
• Exhibit a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
$22-24/hr DOE
