Role Requirements:
- Proven expertise in managing commercial, multi-family, and public works projects.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to lead and inspire senior teams effectively.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to project sites, which may include tribal lands across Arizona, New Mexico, and various regions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience as a lead super on diverse commercial construction projects in the range of 20-60MM+
- The ability to travel M-F to worksites outside the Greater Phoenix Metro area, including Northern Arizona, SW Colorado, New Mexico and SE Utah.
- Excellent ability to lead and manage a team, including subcontractors, local vendors and internal employees
- Prior experience with tribal projects a plus

Compensation: $110- $150K+ DOE.
