Software Systems Administrator
Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site)
Schedule: Early Shift (Start between 6:00–7:00 AM, end around 3:00–4:00 PM)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $75,000 Base Salary + 20% Annual Bonus

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Software Systems Administrator to join our team at our central Phoenix warehouse office. This newly created role will support our growing operational infrastructure by serving as the primary administrator and power user for a suite of platforms including ToolWatch, Samsara, WEX, Samba Safety, and Motus.

You will work closely with our operations, warehouse, inventory, and fleet teams to configure systems, provide user support and training, ensure data accuracy, and help streamline workflows. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments such as construction, fleet management, or warehouse logistics.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration and Configuration
•    Serve as the main administrator for ToolWatch (50% of the role) and Samsara, WEX, Samba Safety, and Motus (remaining 50%)
•    Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations
•    Maintain system integrations and troubleshoot connection issues
•    Ensure security protocols are followed through access audits and user management
•    Support the implementation of new software and system enhancements

User Support and Training
•    Provide Tier 2 support for software issues and user questions
•    Develop and deliver training materials, quick guides, and conduct live sessions
•    Promote consistent usage and best practices across departments
Data Management and Reporting
•    Monitor and maintain data accuracy across all systems
•    Build and manage dashboards, scheduled reports, and custom analytics
•    Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
Compliance and Process Optimization
•    Collaborate with Operations, Fleet, Safety, Finance, and HR teams to align system workflows with business needs
•    Recommend system and process improvements based on usage data and team feedback
•    Ensure systems are used in compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience
•    Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems
•    Experience configuring user roles, permissions, and system workflows
•    Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and support end-users effectively
•    Detail-oriented, especially regarding data accuracy and system security
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Ability to work independently and across multiple teams
Preferred Qualifications
•    3 or more years of experience as a systems administrator, application specialist, or power user
•    Familiarity with ToolWatch, Samsara, WEX, Motus, or similar platforms
•    Experience in industries such as construction, warehouse operations, or fleet management
•    Proficiency in Excel or BI tools (such as Power BI or Tableau)
•    Project management experience or certification
•    Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $75,000
Annual Bonus: 20% bonus
