As the onsite leader, you will be responsible for all aspects of project management, from client communication to safety, scheduling, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do:
- Lead large-scale, mission-critical projects: Manage complex data center and high-tech projects with budgets upwards of $250M+ from start to finish.
- Mentor and guide teams: Share your expertise in building systems, construction sequencing, and risk management to develop the next generation of leaders.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders: Work closely with trade contractors and project teams to address manpower, schedule, quality, and safety concerns.
- Influence project design: Provide valuable input on constructability during the conceptual phase, ensuring designs are both innovative and executable.
- Deliver on safety and quality: Ensure safety is a priority by leading daily safety walks and implementing comprehensive quality control programs.
- Oversee all project operations: Manage day-to-day job site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
- Own the budget and schedule: Take charge of financial performance and scheduling, making key decisions to keep projects on track.
- Implement continuous improvement: Drive innovation and improvements across all project phases to deliver better outcomes.
What You Bring:
- 15+ years of site management experience, with a strong focus on ground-up commercial and/or data center projects.
- At least 7 years of experience leading large-scale data center construction projects.
- Proficiency in P6 scheduling and CPM programs, with a solid understanding of construction documents, plans, and specifications.
- A proven track record of delivering projects over $100M on time and within budget.
- Leadership skills to mentor teams and collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Strong safety management experience and a commitment to job site safety.
