Salary: $88000 –$104000 /year + 40–50% bonus
Schedule: Early mornings, 60–80% on-site

Overview:
We’re hiring a bilingual Field Safety Manager for large scale commercial and industrial projects throughout the greater Denver area. This is a field-based role for an experienced safety pro who thrives on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce site-specific safety plans
• Lead inspections, trainings, meetings
• Manage compliance and documentation
• Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions
• Partner with teams to embed safety into daily operations
Requirements:
• 5+ years construction safety experience
• OSHA 510/500 (500 preferred), OSHA 30
• CHST a plus
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Strong communication, MS Office skills
• No company vehicle, extended hours, on-site presence
