Project Manager – Facilities & Events
Seeking a results-driven leader with  project management experience managing office space configuration and events coordination and set up for corporate work spaces? This role oversee and execute office moves, workspace adjustments, furniture installations, and infrastructure updates to support the workforce in a large corporate headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects that enhance productivity and employee experience while ensuring operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead projects from start to finish – from initial bidding and budgeting to scheduling, execution, and billing.
  • Plan and execute office transitions with minimal business disruption, managing installations, reconfigurations, and refurbishments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, acting as the key liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and customers.
  • Manage and motivate a talented team, coordinating field crews, training staff, and driving top-notch performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial management, tracking budgets, expenses, and invoices with precision.
  • Prioritize safety and compliance, adhering to standards that protect team members and ensure high-quality outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven expertise in project management, facilities management,  coordination of infrastructure changes for work stations and connectivity. Coordinate movement of work stations internal to the company and arrange for vendor services.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively manage vendors, clients, and cross-departmental teams.
  • Technical proficiency, including experience with project management software, spreadsheets, and financial tracking tools.
  • Customer-focused leadership, with a track record of delivering high-quality results and satisfaction.
  • Strong budget management capabilities, with a sharp focus on resource efficiency and cost control.
  • Planning for set up and tear down for events and meeting spaces.
