Whether you’re a recent construction management graduate with strong internship experience or a professional with a background as a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator, this role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers on high-profile projects across the region.

As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our project management team from pre-construction through close-out—helping ensure our projects are delivered with the quality, safety, and precision our clients expect.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with scheduling and planning, including look-ahead schedules, crane plans, and early pour requests.
  • Review project specifications (Divisions 1, 3, 7, 9, 31, 32) and soils reports.
  • Collaborate with BIM/CAD teams, GCs, subs, and internal teams to ensure communication and resolve issues.
  • Manage the submittal process: logs, lead times, vendor coordination.
  • Review and redline shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop procurement schedules and manage vendor delivery timelines.
  • Track RFIs, submittals, and drawing updates to keep teams working off the latest documents.
  • Conduct QA/QC pre-inspections and walk inspections when possible.
  • Verify mix designs, site readiness, and weather considerations before pours.
  • Document daily activity with reports and photos.
  • Assist with budget reviews, project evaluations, and process improvements.
  • Manage punch list, warranty tracking, and close-out documentation.
  • Support OCIP/CCIP close-out procedures.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of construction or engineering experience (internships count).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • A proactive, team-oriented problem-solver.

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: $65,000–$80,000 DOE
  • Employee Ownership: Participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
