Job Description

Searching for a Marketing Proposal Specialist for a rapidly expanding general contracting firm headquartered in Phoenix. Research and vet RFQs, secure bid requests, and write effective proposals. Must have a minimum of 3 years of proposal writing and preparation, preferably in commercial construction industry. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel), and WordPress.

Identify and assess RFP requirements
Set up internal meetings to develop a strategy and plan of action with senior management
Develop and design the layout of proposals and associated graphics for RFQs
Edit existing RFQ response content and provide original written content as needed
Oversee the presentation design and collateral
Prepare team for presentation
Create hardcopy bids as requested

$60,000 – $80,000 DOE + Full Benefits

Offices located in Phoenix – opportunity for hybrid work arrangement after initial onboarding period
