Part-Time Marketing Automation Specialist (Remote)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to support the marketing and customer outreach efforts of an established and reputable executive search firm. This fully remote, part-time role is ideal for a self-directed professional with experience in the staffing industry (or other professional services industry) and a passion for marketing strategy and execution.

As a key contributor to our team, you will help to create and manage bi-weekly email campaigns, develop LinkedIn content, maintain campaign schedules, and help shape the overall marketing approach alongside other internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute bi-weekly customer email campaigns using marketing automation tools (e.g., Bullhorn Automation, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Develop and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts that align with campaign strategy
  • Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies and follow through with precise execution
  • Maintain and follow a monthly content and outreach schedule
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Contribute to light updates and maintenance of the company’s WordPress site
  • Provide basic graphic design or video editing support, if applicable

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation tools
  • Prior experience in the staffing, recruiting, or executive search industry strongly preferred
  • Experience with Bullhorn Automation (formerly Herefish) or similar platforms strongly preferred
  • Proficient in content creation and email campaign development
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; must be self-directed
  • Must be able to work independently and maintain a consistent, reliable schedule within MST hours

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Familiarity with WordPress for content updates
  • Graphic design and/or video editing capabilities
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Social media management and Canva experience

Compensation: $28-35/hr DOE
