Salary: $75,000 + Annual Bonus + Stock Ownership

Are you a bilingual logistics professional with a knack for organization, dispatch, and data-driven decision-making? We’re looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our team and support critical field operations across a seven-state service area.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on ordering, dispatch, and logistics coordination. You’ll ensure the right materials and equipment get to the right job sites — on time, every time. Seeking advanced Excel skills and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze inventory needs and manage inventory levels of materials and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule daily dispatches to multiple job sites
- Communicate delivery schedules with field teams in both English and Spanish
- Optimize routes and dispatch plans for cost and efficiency
- Track order history and prepare reports on inventory and equipment utilization
- Work closely with warehouse staff, procurement, and field project leaders
- Use multiple applications for reporting related to inventory levels and materials requirements and work orders
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English & Spanish (required)
- 2+ years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, dispatch, or supply chain (construction industry a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
