Junior Estimator (Concrete Focus) | $65–80K

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Estimator to join one of the largest subcontractors in the Southwest.
In this role, you’ll work closely with seasoned estimators and project managers to help create competitive, accurate cost estimates for a wide range of concrete construction projects. What You’ll Do:

Assist in preparing cost estimates for concrete construction projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing.

Review project plans and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.

Research and gather pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.

Help compile and organize bid packages.

Support senior estimators with takeoffs and bid coordination.

Learn industry-standard estimation software and tools.

Participate in meetings with internal teams to review and revise estimates as needed.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in construction (internships or full-time roles included).

Eagerness to learn concrete construction methods and estimation techniques.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; any exposure to estimating or takeoff software is a plus.

Base Salary: $65,000–$80,000 depending on experience
