HVAC Technician (All Levels)
A growing residential service provider is seeking HVAC Technicians of all experience levels to join their team. Whether you’re fresh out of technical school or a seasoned service professional, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a supportive and hands-on environment.
While HVAC experience is preferred, candidates from plumbing, electrical service, or automotive technician backgrounds are encouraged to apply—skills from those trades transfer well, and training will be provided as needed.
What You’ll Do:

Provide residential HVAC service across the Valley

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair systems

Deliver professional, friendly customer service

Work independently with a company vehicle, phone, and uniform provided
Qualifications:

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical background

Willingness to learn and grow in the trade

Technical school graduates welcome
Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay: $17–$20/hr for entry-level; up to $50/hr for experienced technicians with relevant work experience

$250 on-call bonus

Overtime pay for after-hours calls or hours over 40/week

Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Hourly compensation is preferred, but commission-based pay may be considered for candidates who prefer it.
