We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage one-of-a-kind, high-end residential projects. In this role you will work with the finest designers, architects, and craftsmen to build custom luxury homes and the grounds and amenities uniquely designed for them. Our project managers embrace both the entire scope and the fine detail for large scale, multi-faceted residential designs and enjoy building the dreams of our clients. They are technical and design savvy management pros with the professionalism and diligence to build successful relationships with project owners, design partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Collaborate with Superintendent for each project.
- Management of project schedule, budget, resource allocation, and documentation.
- Participate in project estimating.
- Timely and effective communication with project team, field, design partners and project owner
- Ability to read, understand and disseminate construction documents to trades and project stakeholders.
- Manage submittals, change orders, take-offs, pricing, and orders for materials.
- Manage project documentation including owner’s manual, submittal logs, safety documentation, permitting, warranties.
- Value engineering as needed with cost analysis and recommendations.
- Adept at using relevant technology including Microsoft Excel, Project, Bluebeam and costing tools.
- This role does not require travel outside of Arizona.
Salary DOE $110 -135K
