We’re searching for a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to become an essential part of our team. This role goes beyond managing the front desk—it’s about providing meaningful support to leadership and teams, taking initiative, and ensuring the day-to-day runs seamlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the welcoming face of the office: greet visitors, manage light phone traffic (most calls go directly to extensions), and handle package deliveries.
  • Take ownership of administrative tasks, including:
    • Coordinating and scheduling travel arrangements.
    • Supporting event logistics and resource planning.
    • Assisting with basic accounting and data entry tasks.
    • Managing social media platforms (depending on your expertise).
  • Keep operations organized by staying ahead of deadlines and anticipating needs.
  • Solve problems proactively and independently while maintaining open communication.

Location: Chandler, AZ

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, On-site
