Construction Project Manager

Job Description
Searching for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join a Phoenix general contractor. This firm works on commercial projects in the healthcare and manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of the commercial development process. Experience working on healthcare tenant improvements, hospitals, clean room production, and medical manufacturing facilities is valuable but not required.

The Senior Construction Project Manager should be familiar with market pricing and can leverage existing relationships with reputable vendors.

  • Provide oversight to field operators, admin support, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities
  • Vet potential vendors for stability, quality, and pricing
  • Control budget components and project costs
  • Maintain and adjust schedules
  • Develop solutions for scheduling concerns and changing workloads
  • Prepare scopes of work for project bids
  • Build relationships with clients and maintain active communication
  • Monitor site safety and worker compliance

Controller

Job Description
Seeking a Controller to handle all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

This role will manage an accounting team of three for a North Phoenix general contracting company.

Must have at least 2+ years of construction accounting experience.

Seeking 5+ years accounting management and team leadership experience.

  • Provide oversight of reporting and functional accounting processes for seven corporate entities
  • Manage accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements
  • Operations and payroll in multiple states
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

Salary $120-130 DOE + Full Benefits

Job Description
Administrative Assistant needed to provide clerical support for Phoenix company.

  • Work with vendors and customers (calls, emails, in person)
  • Coordinate with various departments for service needs
  • Complete various projects such as preparing contracts, collecting insurance info, and compiling information packets
  • Data entry and record management – ensure contact list is accurate and update information in records as needed
  • Support management in the day-to-day operations and complete misc. tasks / projects as assigned
