HRIS Specialist (UKG Implementation)
Overview:
Seeking a seasoned HRIS Specialist to lead the migration of employee records (~1,600 employees) from our current Sage platform to UKG. This pivotal role requires deep knowledge of UKG systems, expert project coordination, and high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data migration and system configuration from Sage to UKG.
- Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and compliance during conversion.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors for smooth rollout.
- Provide testing, training, and documentation for UKG users.
- Troubleshoot post?implementation issues and support end users.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience implementing or managing HRIS — specifically Sage and UKG preferred. Must have experience with UKG.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience with an employee base of 1,600?employee scale or similar population is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a meticulous approach to data handling.
Compensation:
$75,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience
Location: On-site North Phoenix office, accessible for Scottsdale, Phoenix, Glendale & Peoria residents
