HRIS Specialist (UKG Implementation)
Overview:
Seeking a seasoned HRIS Specialist to lead the migration of employee records (~1,600 employees) from our current Sage platform to UKG. This pivotal role requires deep knowledge of UKG systems, expert project coordination, and high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead data migration and system configuration from Sage to UKG.
Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and compliance during conversion.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors for smooth rollout.
Provide testing, training, and documentation for UKG users.
Troubleshoot post?implementation issues and support end users.

Qualifications:

Proven experience implementing or managing HRIS — specifically Sage and UKG preferred. Must have experience with UKG.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Experience with an employee base of 1,600?employee scale or similar population is a plus.
Analytical mindset with a meticulous approach to data handling.

Compensation:
$75,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience

Location: On-site North Phoenix office, accessible for Scottsdale, Phoenix, Glendale & Peoria residents
