Our client is hiring an experienced and strategic HRIS Manager with extensive expertise in ADP Workforce Now and HR systems integrations. In this role, you will lead the HR technology strategy, oversee HRIS operations, and drive seamless integrations between ADP and other business systems. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure optimal system performance, data integrity, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Strategy & System Optimization
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ADP Workforce Now and related HR systems.
- Evaluate the current state of the department, conduct a comprehensive gap analysis, and implement strategic priorities to drive improvement.
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Oversee HR data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Manage HRIS configuration, workflows, and automation to support HR operations.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process automation, and new technology adoption.
Systems Integrations & Technology Leadership
- Partner with IT and external vendors to develop and maintain API connections, SFTP data transfers, and middleware solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions to ensure seamless data flow.
- Stay up to date with HR technology trends and recommend new tools and improvements.
Data Management, Reporting & Analytics
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of HR data across all systems.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and reports using ADP reporting tools and other BI platforms.
- Support HR leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data regulations and other data privacy regulations.
HRIS Administration & Support
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of HR systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors for system-related projects and issues.
- Provide training and support to HR and end users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
- Establish best practices and maintain HRIS documentation, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 1+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, benefits, talent management, compliance, etc.).
- Proven experience with HR system integrations, including API-based and file-based data transfers.
- Experience working with integration tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar (preferred).
- Proficiency in ADP reporting, SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance regulations and data privacy laws.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other HRIS platforms (e.g., Paylocity, Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- ADP or HRIS-related certifications (e.g., ADP Certified, SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience with M&A’s.
