We are seeking experienced Superintendents to lead impactful projects that improve and enrich tribal communities across Arizona and the greater Southwest. Role Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in managing commercial, multi-family, and public works projects.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to lead and inspire senior teams effectively.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to project sites, which may include tribal lands across Arizona, New Mexico, and various regions.
  • A stable work history that demonstrates commitment and reliability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience as a lead super on diverse commercial construction projects in the range of 20-60MM+
  • The ability to travel M-F to worksites outside the Greater Phoenix Metro area, including Northern Arizona, SW Colorado, New Mexico and SE Utah.
  • Excellent ability to lead and manage a team, including subcontractors, local vendors and internal employees
  • Prior experience with tribal projects a plus

Compensation: $110- $150K+ DOE.
