About the Community:
This expansive, amenity-rich community is adjacent to the Eglington Preserve and the Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument. Planned to include thirty-five-hundred homes, this community offers residents a unique blend of natural beauty and modern convenience, with trailheads that connect directly to the monument.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Impact: Drive community efforts that enhance the resident experience and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communicate Effectively: Build strong relationships through transparent, effective communication with residents, staff, and board members.
- Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations, including the direction of the association and maintenance of community assets.
- Resource Management: Leverage staff and vendors to execute board directives and achieve community goals.
- Maintain Community Vision: Ensure the community’s vision is upheld through CC&Rs and design reviews.
- Uphold Standards: Support and enforce community standards as required by governing documents and applicable laws.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure liability and insurance policies meet all legal and community requirements.
- Advise the Board: Provide guidance on long-term planning, goal-setting, and policy development.
- Manage Budgets: Create, administer, and monitor operating and reserve budgets, including preparing variance reports.
- Inspire & Lead: Supervise, develop, and motivate your onsite team to deliver their best work.
- Oversee Services: Ensure high-quality service delivery through effective oversight of contractors.
- Engage the Community: Conduct regular meetings with residents and volunteers to foster a strong sense of community.
- Build Connections: Create opportunities that strengthen community bonds and enhance resident satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion & Alignment: A candidate who shares our vision for a resident-centric community.
- Proven Experience: Five or more years in onsite community management (HOA) or a similar role.
- Operational Savvy: Strong background in operations with a solid understanding of community financials.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to engage effectively at all levels, both in speaking and writing.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with computer systems, particularly in a Windows environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree, relevant certifications, or industry designations (highly preferred).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with laws and guidelines governing community associations (highly preferred).
- Licensing: CAM license required upon hire.
