About the Community:

Imagine working in a breathtaking, master-planned community nestled in the  Las Vegas Valley. This sprawling community features over twelve thousand homes surrounded by stunning desert canyons and over five hundred acres of open space, parks, and trails. It’s a vibrant, active place where residents come together to enjoy all that the community has to offer.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support & Lead: Assist the Community Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring the community runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.
  • Make an Impact: Conduct regular inspections, ensure compliance, and maintain the beauty and safety of common areas.
  • Educate & Engage: Be a go-to resource for residents, providing valuable information and support about community living.
  • Oversee Projects: Manage vendor relationships and oversee projects that enhance the community.
  • Facilitate Collections: Handle assessment collections, working closely with residents to ensure timely payments.
  • Support Design Review: Collaborate with the Design Review Committee to uphold community standards and vision.
  • Supervise & Motivate: Oversee site staff and grounds services, ensuring high-quality performance.
  • Build Connections: Engage with residents and volunteers daily, helping to foster a strong sense of community.
  • Participate Actively: Attend board and committee meetings, providing valuable insights and support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills with a talent for resolving conflicts.
  • Experience: 2+ years in an office environment, ideally in community management or a similar role. Experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with top-notch customer service.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: A multitasker who is highly organized and a self-starter.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Windows and other essential software.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work full-time with occasional after-hours or weekend shifts.
  • CAM License: Required.

Salary: $100-130K DOE
