In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping workplace culture, partnering with on-site facility leaders, and driving initiatives that align with organizational goals. You’ll coach and develop up to eight (8) HR Business Partners, work alongside key business partners, and be a change agent, ensuring that our people strategies empower both employees and the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coach and Develop: Provide hands-on coaching, feedback, and mentorship to HRBPs, ensuring they excel in delivering outstanding support and solutions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with business leaders, especially Plant VPs, to implement programs that deliver value and support business success.
- Champion Change: Lead change management initiatives, driving adoption and creating positive experiences for employees.
- Drive Talent & Culture Strategy: Communicate and embed T&C strategy across your client groups, making an impact through clear and effective communication.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Manage escalated employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and offer sound guidance on resolutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and other teams to deliver seamless service and support.
- Performance Management: Guide managers through coaching, career development planning, and handling corrective actions to foster high performance.
- Team Dynamics: Assess and enhance team dynamics, boosting morale, productivity, and retention.
- Recruitment Support: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent and ensure a strong workforce.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and partner with Learning & Culture teams to create impactful, ROI-driven learning solutions.
- Organizational Planning: Support workforce and succession planning by offering insights and recommendations for your client groups.
- Lead Projects: Drive or contribute to T&C initiatives and process improvements, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Manage and Mentor: Oversee and develop your team, setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and fostering growth and development.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership, with a focus on business partnership and change management. At least five years of supervisory experience.
- Bilingual Speaker: Fluency is Spanish is strongly preferred and will be prioritized.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in manufacturing is strongly preferred and will be prioritized.
- Preferred Qualifications: HR certifications (SPHR, PROSCI Change Practitioner).

Salary: 120-140K DOE
Hybrid role In Scottsdale office with travel (up to 50%), including overnight stays up to five days at a time.
