IT Support Analyst

What You'll Do

  • Be the Hero for Tech Support: Provide Tier I & II support to approximately 100-120 on-site and remote users, solving technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Drive Innovation: Research and implement technical solutions to improve workflows and strengthen security.
  • Manage IT Assets: Take ownership of IT inventory, ensuring accuracy and readiness for deployment.
  • Empower Users: Create training materials, deliver hands-on training, and ensure users feel confident with the tools they use.
  • Master the Conference Room: Support advanced AV setups for platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and more.
  • Collaborate & Escalate: Partner with external vendors to resolve escalated issues and tackle specialized projects.

 


What We’re Looking For

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
    • An Associate’s degree with 3+ years of related experience is also welcome.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support (Tier 1 and Tier 2) within a Windows 10/11 environment
    • Familiarity with:
      • Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
      • Salesforce
      • Active Directory, Zoom, and MacOS administration and support experience
    • Experience with Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and deploying standardized computer images
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

 


What Sets You Apart

  • Experience with Fortinet VPN
  • Technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce administration or configuration
  • Previous experience in MacOS support
