This role is an exciting opportunity to build and lead our HR functions, shaping our people strategy and supporting a growing, high-energy team. About the Role
As our HR Generalist, you will be instrumental in establishing and managing essential HR functions to support our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts, from posting jobs to selecting top talent, and create a seamless onboarding experience.
- Employment Agreements & Compliance: Oversee employment contracts, ensure compliance, and maintain company standards.
- Compensation & Benefits: Establish salary ranges, communicate raises and bonuses, and manage benefits administration.
- Performance & Culture: Support performance evaluations, oversee disciplinary actions, and help shape our company culture.
- Employee Engagement & Events: Plan engaging events, from company retreats to team-building activities, and support recognition programs.
- Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies to align with best practices.
- Internship Program: Coordinate our annual summer internship program.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: At least 5 years in HR, with a background in the service industry preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Mindset: Positive, collaborative, and able to engage effectively with all team levels.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for leveraging search engines and AI tools for research.

Salary: $75-85K DOE
